UNDERGRADUATE HOUSING

For their first year, undergraduate students in the Academic Accelerator Program are required to live on-campus. The authentic American college experience will help you succeed academically and make new friends. You have a choice of three housing options:

  • Apartment Living – All included, new, on campus apartments
  • Luxury Living – New residence halls with suite-style rooms
  • Traditional Living – Recently remodeled rooms with a variety of styles

Stouffer Place Apartments include four-person apartments in which each student has a private bedroom as well as a private bathroom. Additionally, each apartment has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and is fully furnished. The apartments opened in 2018. Students living in the apartments are not required to have a KU meal plan. However, the AAP strongly encourages students to consider purchasing a meal plan to use throughout the semester during busy times on campus.
